Esta semana retomamos la agenda de actividades en la que veníamos incluyendo todas las convocatorias desarrolladas en Manzanares El Real, pero que como consecuencia de la crisis sanitaria por el coronavirus nos vimos obligados a detener, momentáneamente, porque pronto, muy pronto, esperamos volver a anunciar obras teatrales y buen cine para todas las edades en la Sala ‘El Rodaje’, conciertos, jornadas, carreras deportivas, encuentros culturales, ferias… En definitiva, un sinfín de actos y actividades pensados para todos.
Aún así, la agenda de actividades no se detuvo del todo. Ni se detiene. Por ejemplo, en lo que a deportes se refiere, se adaptó a las nuevas circunstancias y las salas de entrenamiento se transformaron en virtuales a través de la aplicación ZOOM. Y esta semana tenemos un interesante curso para que hagas “Tu Huerta Ecológica en Casa” y el estreno en el canal de YouTube del ayuntamiento del documental: “Historias Presentes”.

CLASES DEPORTIVAS ONLINE: Celebramos, con esta, la novena semana de entrenamientos deportivos dirigidos por los monitores del área de deportes. Un semana en la que podremos volver a practicar, de forma online, una gran variedad de actividades deportivas: gimnasia en distintas disciplinas: cárdio, ciclo indoor, estiramientos y movilidad, indoor running, etc, pero también Zumba, boxeo, pilates o kárate.

También de forma virtual tendremos la próxima semana el Curso Abierto: “Tu Huerta Ecológica en Casa”, dirigido a todas las personas sensibilizadas por la calidad de los alimentos que consume y que deseen conocer y experimentar, en la medida de sus posibilidades, algunas de las técnicas que ofrece el cultivo ecológico, para su propio consumo.
